Key Benefits: You can register new products on line, order replacement parts, download brochures, see what's new and search the product catalog.
Key Shortfalls:
Poor image quality and catalog layout in the What's New and Products sections detract from the user's on-line experience. Occassional buggy navigation in the catalog make this section of the site a little confusing. A rep directory would be nice as would a back button.
